Refunds

No Refunds on Custom Items Please note that all custom items, including custom-printed merchandise, are non-refundable. This is because custom items are created specifically for each customer, and we cannot resell them once they have been produced.

Damaged or Faulty

A Make Good on Faulty Items If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the specific circumstances. In the event of a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the fault and to request a return. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us and, upon receipt, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is deemed appropriate.

Exchanges

No Exchanges on Custom Items Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on custom items. If you receive an item that is incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us and either send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is deemed appropriate.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
