DTF-printed Garments, Wash and Care Instructions

DTF-printed Garments

DTF transfers are exceptionally durable, especially compared to other printing methods like sublimation and screen printing. Factors such as transfer quality, design style, fabric, application process, and care significantly affect their longevity. Our tried and tested methods have shown that DTF transfers can last over 60+ washes without fading, cracking, or peeling, provided they are correctly applied and well cared for.

Wash & Care Instructions For DTF Transfers

To keep your DTF transfers looking their best, follow these washing and care instructions:

Handling

  • Be Gentle: Handle DTF transfers with care before printing and when storing or moving them. Rough handling can impact their durability.
  • Application: Once applied to your garments, continue to handle them gently to preserve both the garment and the transfer’s quality.

Washing

Follow these steps to protect your DTF transfer during washing:

  1. Wash Inside Out: Turn your garment inside out before washing to protect the DTF transfer from friction during the cycle.
  2. Cold Water: Use cold or cool water whenever possible. Avoid hot water, as it can cause your garment to shrink.
  3. Mild Detergent: Opt for a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach to prevent damage to the garment and transfer.
  4. Gentle Cycle: Choose a delicate or gentle cycle to minimize agitation and stress on the transfer.
  5. Skip Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners can weaken the adhesion of DTF transfers. Avoid using them, at least every other wash.
  6. Hand Wash (If Possible): Hand washing is the gentlest option, but we understand it’s not always practical in today’s busy world.

Our innovative technology ensures that DTF transfers withstand washing machine agitation, resisting fading and cracking while maintaining vibrancy throughout their lifetime.

Drying

Effective drying after washing is essential. Unfortunately, the text seems to be cut off here. If you have any specific questions about drying, feel free to ask, and I’ll provide further guidance!
